GENERAL TERM
Raster digital files only (JPEG or PNG). I reserve the right to decline a commission if I feel that I cannot deliver the work well.
Please provide picture references of your characters. Photos or screenshots can be shown if necessary.
You may ask me for updates but would really appreciate it if you don't rush me I don't provide rushed works.
Do not feed my artwork for training or testing of any Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Neural Network or similar datasets & technology
Do not use my artwork for Non-fungible tokens (NFT)
PAYMENT
Payment is in USD only. Please contact me on Twitter if you are interested.
A 50% deposit of the total payment is required to initiate the project, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
Once the work has started, it is not possible to refund.
I will only send the full-resolution artwork after receiving 100% of the payment. (The progress will be watermarked before receiving full payment)
If I cannot complete the artwork due to the situation on my side, I will provide clients the refund.
COMMISSION PROGRESS
The estimated time of completion for the artwork ranges from 1-4+ weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece and the current workload.
I will only start the work after receiving the payment (at which point the estimated time of completion will begin)
Initial sketches will be presented for review and major changes can be made at this stage. However, additional charges may apply for changes made to the pose or design once colouring has begun. Minor revisions, such as changes to eye color, will be permitted during the colouring stage.
PERMISSIONS
By default, I retain the rights to use the completed works for self-promotion, which will include a watermark (and in small resolution). Please let me know if you prefer otherwise.
Clients may use the art for personal purposes, such as printing them as gifts for a few friends/families.
Clients are not allowed to mass print the artwork for profit (monetized merchandise, books, t-shirt etc). It will be categorized under commercial use (1.5-2x the base price)
